We're looking for an autonomous technical support engineer who will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product and resolving our customers' technical issues.
Your day-to-day activities will involve troubleshooting APIs from many providers including telecom operators, banks, and SMS providers. Your ability to work in a complex network environment and a 24/7 support environment, will make you the ideal candidate.
